DISCO FRENO EBC
SCOOTER Peugeot Elyseo 50 DD 45 km/h 2002
Dischi freno EBC. PRODOTTO NEL REGNO UNITO. L'obiettivo dello sviluppo è migliorare le prestazioni di frenata rispetto al disco freno originale. EBC utilizza acciaio HPSR a basso tenore di carbonio con un coefficiente di attrito superiore del 18%. Questo acciaio è molto più resistente alla ruggine dell'acciaio fuso. Inoltre, l'intera superficie è protetta da uno strato di zinco spesso 3 micron, che si abrasa nell'area della zona di contatto della pastiglia durante la frenata. Solo in questa zona può formarsi più facilmente la ruggine durante la vita prolungata. I dischi freno sono forati in Vogelschwingendesign per andare d'accordo con il minor numero di fori possibile, ottimizzando al contempo la pulizia del disco freno dell'acqua piovana e della polvere dei freni. Meno fori sono montati, migliore è la frenata sul bagnato e minore è l'usura. - Disco rigido. - Realizzato in acciaio laminato a basso tenore di carbonio HPSR. - superficie del freno forata con schema dei fori ottimizzato. - Radialmente radicato. - Galvanizzato per protezione dalla corrosione. - EBC consiglia pastiglie freno organiche EBC o per conducenti sportivi EBC Double-H Sinterbremsklötze. - Design indipendente.
